high speed horizontal sliding winder suitable for 3" air-shafts,
central winding with contact mode
winder consisting of the following parts:
Cutter stand
- guiding roller on top of cutter stand of winder, film entering winder overhead
- driven banana roller to spread web, in order to prevent wrinkles prior to in-line trimming
- in-line trimming station for edge trimming and optional bleed trimming
- edge trim razor blade holders have two blade positions to allow blade changing during production
- linear guide and scale for easy adjustment of final web width
- 3 roller cutting station with 2 AC drives
Main frame
- fix point roller duo with two individually AC servo driven rollers
