Main machine incl. the following components:

• Jumbo roll unwind, for a max. roll diameter of 1300 mm, including 1 (one) pneumatic winding shaft for inner core diameters of 76 mm, including roll lifting device and automatic web tension control
• servomotor-driven brake for the paper unwind with suspended dancer roller
• precise and continuous web tension control over the entire diameter of the paper roll
• Possibility of remote diagnostics by modem integrated in the bag machine
• nozzle seam pasting assembly
• Slitting unit to obtain a larger bottom flap o Tube forming with servo-motorized adjustment/* positioning of the gusset forming disks
• Pivoting and moveable 15" touch screen panel with graphic display of the control elements. The input of data is product related
•  2 draw units with servo drive and pneumatic lift-off. Input of cut-off length in 1mm
  increments. Web tension adjustment in 0.01 mm increments.
• Serrated-cut assembly
• The servo drive ensures automatic adjustment of the cutting speed to the respective
  cut-off length.
• Transport belt with servo drive after the cutting unit, to transfer the separated tubes to the precreasing station
•  Pre-creasing station infinitely adjustable by motors while machine is in operation.Bottom opening station featuring axial adjustment during operation. When changing the gusset depths, no cams have to be exchanged.
• Bottom forming cylinder with adjustable side grippers, adjustment is via electric motor. When changing the bag size, an exchange of the grippers is not required
• Bottom pasting unit with automatic glue supply, continuous rotation and lift-off at machine The glue application unit is designed for the use of low viscosity adhesives
• Bottom closing station with rotating sickles, the position of which is infinitely adjustable by an electric motor during operation of the machine
• Deviating drum
• Delivery cylinder with pneumatic counter. The bag marking the count projects upwards. The number of bags per packet can be adjusted in increments of one bag
• Delivery table
• Electronic print mark control for the processing of pre-printed rolls
• Switch cabinet with SPS, type SIEMENTS S 7 i frequency converters, operating and control units incl. connecting cables as per standard installation drawing Pre-creasing station infinitely adjustable by motors while machine is in operation.
